As a modern cardiology practice in Zurich, we always stay up to date with digitization: You can now not only book your appointments online on our website, but also submit your “master data” to us in preparation for your consultation.

Your master data consists not only of your contact details, but also of your communication preferences, information about important family and medical contacts, insurance, allergies and any existing medication plan.

This enables our front office and our medical team to prepare for your visit in the best possible way: Preliminary reports can be requested, paperwork is minimized, which also saves you time as a patient. Various drop-downs and checkboxes make it easy and quick to fill out, which is not possible on paper…

The form is programmed so that your data is not stored on our web server. The transmission is also end-to-end encrypted.
